Job Description

Assist the head coach in all operations of the women’s basketball team.

Essential Functions

1. Help run practice sessions
2. Other work assigned to you by the head coach

Education/Experience/Skills

Required:

1. Two to three years of playing experience
2. Strong organizational and leadership skills
3. Ability to follow directions
4. Strong interpersonal and written and verbal skills
5. Current First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogen Training, with acceptable verification thereof

Preferred:

1. Two to three years of playing experience preferably at the collegiate level
2. Proven quality organizational and leadership skills
3. Proven interpersonal and written and verbal presentation skills

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Flexibility in schedule as practice times can vary.
2. Able to work on weekends as that is when most games are played.
3. Proven interpersonal and written and verbal presentation skills
