This position will oversee web strategy as well as the user experiences of Bucks’ online presences. Coordinates web designs & standards, UX & accessibility, planning & implementation of web projects, CMS administration, implements advertising tracking and analytics with Digital Marketing Director. This position would also design and implement SharePoint sites for internal communication, online forms, email designs for internal & external communication, and assist with digital template creation within Bucks brand standards. HTML/CSS, t4 administration, Javascript, Git workflow, t4 administration, email design and testing (Constant Contact), SharePoint design, Adobe CS, SiteImprove, Swiftype.

Salary Range: $63,707 - $81,757 (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years job related experience.
• Education (degree or certificate) in design, user experience, content strategy, or related field.
• Understanding of web accessibility practices, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.0.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Clear vision for user experience design and content strategy.
• Ability to code in HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern practices in user experience design and information architecture.
• Clear understanding of content strategy practices.
