Job Description

Teach the GED test areas of math, social studies, science and reading. Administer TABE test and official GED practice tests to determine student placement. Provide collaborative instruction including financial and technology literacy and workforce preparation containing essential skills. Maintain appropriate student registration, attendance and assessment records. Maintain a classroom that enhances student learning and involves a variety of instructional methods. Practice effective recruitment and retention strategies. Attend in-service and staff meetings and complete required Adult Education professional development. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Current Arkansas teaching license is required.
