Part-time Corporate Trainer - Leadership
Job Description
Seeking to identify qualified trainers to facilitate corporate training in the area of Leadership and Organizational Development. Training will be held at college campus or industry partner locations. Training opportunities will be periodic based on industry contracts.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction for assigned training sessions.
- Design effective training sessions including building educational material that is current in both content and mode of delivery, and aligns with employer/community needs as reflected within the contract.
- Create a classroom environment that is respectful of diversity and demonstrates a commitment to multiculturalism.
- Remain current on developments in the teaching field so that instruction is delivered for a variety of learning styles, uses the latest supportive technology and utilizes alternative delivery methods.
- Interpersonal Effectiveness/Team Skills. Report on training delivery and curriculum effectiveness. Demonstrate flexibility, excellent team player skills, and strong rapport-building skills.
- Support participants in achieving skills development and training goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related filed.
- Five years of occupational experience.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Previous training or teaching experience desired.
