Job Description:

The Support Operations Analyst is responsible for developing solutions to various time-sensitive, business-critical issues. The Support Operations Analyst will drive product improvement by working cross-functionally with College deployment and functional teams to quickly analyze data, diagnose errors, resolve issues, and correct data.  The position focuses on data validation and corrections to satisfy enterprise compliance.   Reports to the Coordinator, Human Capital Management and Finance Solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree. Experience using Microsoft Office software applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access, and Visio. Successful results of a criminal background check. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Graduation from a regionally accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in any quantitative discipline, computer science, or business systems. Two or more years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including but not limited to, Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, SaaS, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora, Infor, Banner, or Taleo. Experience in manipulating data, analyzing outcomes, and writing complex functions using Microsoft Excel. 

Under College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations.  Any person failing to meet the statute's requirements will be deemed not qualified to work in this position.  A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment.  Any person who fails to disclose any adverse information in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified.

SALARY RANGE:  $35,000.00 - $42,500.00
