Associate Director, Global Study Tours

Position Summary:

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Global Study Tours in Executive Programs. The Associate Director will collaborate with the Executive MBA (EMBA) program leadership to develop and implement a strategic plan for five week-long Executive MBA global study tours and ensure the successful delivery of programs. Design the program content of the tours that involve government figures, business leaders, educators, and nonprofit professionals. Identify and cultivate relationships with organizations and C-level executives abroad to engage them for program participation. Direct the planning and development of the Global Study Tour (GST) program. Design program content and materials, arrange travel logistics and develop ongoing relationships with the program's students and faculty members. Travel to support the GST programs, overseeing the program while abroad.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant professional level experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a service business that requires managing multiple tasks/projects and satisfying multiple high level constituencies and professional experience with relationship management in the corporate market is required. Experience managing customer relationships at executive levels and the ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion is also required. The successful candidate must be able to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance and must be willing and legally able to travel internationally to support the programs.

Additional Information:

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $95,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
