Continuing EducationGeneral Summary
Support the Continuing Education department that includes creating a welcoming environment for all students and visitors, assists with inquiries by telephone or in-person and proper triaging. Assist with daily processes, office functions and documentation.
Specific Position Duties
- Meet and greet customers visiting CE
- Answer phone and triage to proper departments
- Assists departments with daily processes
- Assist with registration
- Assist departments with filling and course preparation
- Assist with daily checks of all classrooms
- General office functions
- Must be a team player
Minimum Qualifications
- Have general computer skills and knowledge
- Have customer service experience
- Have experience working in a fast pace environment
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the associate dean of continuing education.
