Must be enrolled during the Fall semester as an NC State University student.

Experience providing excellent customer service. Basic desktop computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to learn new information and take on new tasks. Knowledge of library services and resources is a plus but not required. Punctual and communicative around attendance.

Basic technological skills including an awareness of new commercial and/or academic technologies.
