The Student Success Specialist will be responsible for providing intake, orientation, assessment, placement, and case management services to students of the English Language Civics program. The position will also track attendance to address barriers to student enrollment and participation, collaborate with CareerLink to connect students to employment opportunities, and work with higher education institutions to foster student transition to postsecondary education/training. The position serves students at NCCs Fowler Center and Monroe Campus and will require travel to both locations. Education requirements: Bachelor's Degree.
