Description
We seek applicants for part-time adjunct instructors to teach within the College's Liberal Arts & Social Sciences (LASS) division. Positions are available in a number of subject areas for the Fall 2023 semester, including:

• Communication
• Humanities
• Philosophy (high need)
• Psychology (high need)
• Sociology (high need)

Applicants who are able to teach daytime classes are desired, but all applications will be considered. Course offerings may include opportunities at the main campus in Normal and/or the College's Lincoln and Pontiac locations. Mileage reimbursement may be applicable.

Requirements

• Master's degree in subject being taught OR
• Master's degree in a closely related subject with 18+ graduate level credit hours in the subject being taught
• Availability to be present on campus as needed

Desired Qualifications

• Successful teaching experience at the college level
