Job Description
The Youth Education Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing youth outreach in STEM, leadership, and resiliency. The position will work with Environmental Institute staff and community stakeholders to develop and implement Indigenous culturally inclusive youth programming that meets grant objectives and goals.

Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Associates degree; or an equivalent amount of education and applicable professional work experience
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Native American students or others with diverse backgrounds
  • Experience working with Indigenous youth camps
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience working with grants
  • Experience working with Fond du Lac Reservation youth and other regional Indigenous youth
  • Experience with Internal Review Board reporting
  • Experience organizing and implementing Indigenous youth programs and camps
