Rend Lake College seeks part-time Adjunct Instructors in the Arts & Sciences Division for the Fall 2022 semester, and beyond, at our campuses in Ina and Pinckneyville. Instructors will be responsible for teaching in a traditional classroom format. Day and/or Evening sections available. All classes are part-time, non-tenure-track positions.
Classes at the RLC Main Campus in Ina:
ART 2113 - Intro to Ceramics
ENGG 1101 - Engineering Graphics - Fall 2022, Tuesday 5pm - 10pm
GEOG 1101 - Intro to Geography
MATH - Various Math Courses and Math Lab
MUSI - Various Music Courses and Lessons
PSYC - Various Psychology Courses
SOCI - Various Sociology Courses
Classes at the Murphy-Wall Campus in Pinckneyville:
ART 1101 - Art Appreciation
HEA 1101 - Health Education
MUSI 1110 - American Music
MATH - Various Math Courses
Life Science Courses
Master's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution required.
Community College teaching experience preferred.
All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.
$33/hour for beginning instructors.
Free tuition for employee after four semesters
Tentative Start Date: Fall Semester 2022 (August)
