PT Support - Library Help Zone Support
Job Description
Provide customer service, technical support, and frontline assistance to students, faculty and staff in the TLC Help Zone and West Campus Technology Resource Center. Model excellent customer service, resolve problems and respond to requests.
Must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer Services Experience
Familiarity with a variety of computer technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree
Experience working in an academic setting
