Development Coordinator: This position oversees processes and systems, coordinates across multiple internal and external stakeholders groups to achieve Foundation Program goals in support of TBCC Healthcare Pathways programs and other areas identified for philanthropic support. This position provides oversight and program coordination within the TBCC Foundation. Work is performed independently and incumbent exercises considerable judgment and responds to complex, technical and confidential donor giving opportunities. Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be central to this position, providing technical support, data entry, and summary reports to Foundation staff.

The Development Coordinator will work with Foundation staff to plan donor and alumni events, visits, and email campaigns. This position will develop community relationships that support the Healthcare Learning Communities and the new college Nursing program. The Development Coordinator is expected to be part of the campus community and participate in organized meetings, professional development, and other opportunities as available.

Essential Job Functions/Key Areas

· Assists Executive Director in the oversight and development of Healthcare Pathways program support

· Database management and report development

· Outreach to community stakeholders

· Establish donor recognition programs for Healthcare Learning Community pathways contributors

· Identify prospects utilizing CRM (customer relationship management) software

· Track agreements, funding sources and financial data

Specific Duties

· Performs project management as assigned by the Executive Director.

· Collaborates with the Executive Director of the TBCC Foundation in the research of funding needs to support Healthcare Pathways Programs.

· Collaborates with the Executive Director of the Foundation to create and maintain policies and procedures.

· Develop modules and reports for DonorPerfect.

· Provide technical support to foundation office in analysis of constituent data

· Serve as coordinator for all board development, special events, fundraisers, and other community and alumni engagement projects by coordinating logistics like event set-up, developing and maintaining guest lists, registration and training volunteers, to grow support for healthcare pathways programs and students.

· Research and identify prospects, either from the foundations CRM database or through community relationships that may be able to give funds to the college in support of the Healthcare Learning Communities and new nursing program.

· Participate in scholarship fund allocation and awarding to maintain awareness of nursing student body and college needs. Participate in scholarship reviewing and analysis to strategize for future fundraising initiatives for the nursing program.

· Helps track budget expenses related to Foundation operations and Title III activities.

· All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree, two (2) years relevant work experience, and two (2) years of data management experience OR

Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position.

Demonstrated sensitivity and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds. Must pass a pre-employment criminal history background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or related degrees

· Three to five years leadership, coordination and or management of small teams or departments

· Experience working in a healthcare environment

· Experience in data analysis and data queries

Previous community college experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,574.70 - $66,404.42 per month
