General Summary

Welcome and assist all students, parents, and visitors. Help at the front desk, answer phones, scan and be a nice friendly face

Specific Position Duties

Answering Phone, sales and processing transactions, greeting customers, picking up delivery USPS mail. Running errands as needed.
Manage office Supplies processing mail received for ship out
Data entry in Datatel Collegue, able to manage and operate copiers and mail sorter

Preferred Qualifications

MS office and Word skills preferred, (not required but helpful) proficiency in applications such as Adobe Document Cloud
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Requirements: Customer service skills, valid driver license ( for deliveries on campus)
