The Mary Welsh Foundation is a non-profit mental health organization. We provide counseling, medical and psychiatric services to children, adolescents and adults. Our collective experience enables us to offer effective outpatient individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground for individuals, families, and couples to heal under the care of our outstanding clinical team.

We are seeking a professional, experienced and committed Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Team in our Bartow, FL office. The Clinical Supervisor will report directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a care team of clinicians and salaried staff, including the coordination and delegation of work/assignments, staff coverage, and performance evaluations. The clinical supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link with management, setting goals for performance improvement and deadlines in ways that comply with companys plans and vision.

 

Requirements:

1. A licensed mental health clinician, including psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed professional counselors (LPC), and licensed clinical social workers (LCSW).

2. If not licensed, must meet the requirements listed below:

a. Masters degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline, such as: psychology, counseling, clinical social work, psychiatric nursing, and marriage and family therapy.

3. At least two (2) years verified post-masters experience providing mental health treatment including psychotherapy, counseling, and assessment including in the treatment of children.

4. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

 

This position requires direct service to clients. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
