Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join the leadership team at Prime Time Shuttle, a premier door-to-door airport ground transportation company based in Los Angeles, California. As a Financial Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing financial strategies to support the continued growth and success of our organization.

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

* Oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation.
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret financial data, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing and maintaining effective internal controls.
* Lead financial audits and prepare necessary documentation for external stakeholders.
* Supervise and mentor financial staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Stay informed about industry trends and economic factors that may impact the financial landscape.

 

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
* Proven experience in a financial management role, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic financial planning skills.
* In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
* Effective communication skills to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in the transportation or related industry is advantageous.
