Job Description	This is a full-time non-tenured faculty position for someone to teach Stage Craft, Theatre Production, and/or Computer-Aided Design. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and design technical production programs and tech relate courses. Recruit, train, and coach students in technical production-related activities. Mentor tech students in pursuing internships, graduate school, and other professional opportunities. Coordinate local and out-of-town travel conferences and/to intercollegiate competitions. Provide technical support for productions, programs, and other events. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications	EDUCATION: Masters degree preferred, significant graduate coursework or terminal degree in Theatre related area is required. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of teaching experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to use different teaching modalities, face-to-face and Online teaching. Prior experience working with diverse population of students in urban environment. Must have notable teaching success, preferably in teaching and mentoring students in design/technical areas. Must have strong working knowledge of sound, props, rigging, theatre technology, and lighting systems.
