Responsible for the daily operation of the distance learning office at the employees respective campus and is also responsible for coordinating activities with the Associate Dean of eLearning.

• Processes Distance Learning data/information/paperwork timely as directed by supervisor;
• Coordinates all activities with the Associate Dean of eLearning;
• Provide requested distance learning data to supervisor;
• Oversees all campus distance learning proctored exams, makeup exams, and executing DSS testing accommodations;
• Assist with all distance learning student, faculty, and staff correspondence as directed by supervisor;
• Proctors other exams or surveys for Institutional Effectiveness as needed

Education: Associate degree is required

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, required; Office management skills, required;

Work Experience includes the required number of years of documented experience in a comparable/related position: 1 year of relevant work experience is required
