The Alexandria Technical & Community College Foundation seeks a full-time Scholarship Coordinator/Executive Assistant. This position is responsible for the overall coordination and daily management of the Foundation office and serve as the primary contact for all scholarship activities. This position will also support the Executive Director and ATCC Foundation team. Must have excellent communication, computer skills, accounting experience helpful and the ability to multitask. 2 year degree, BA/BS or comparable experience required. This position is not a state position.

 

Primary Duties Include:

Manage and administer the scholarship program

  • Coordinate the marketing, correspondence, volunteer recruitment, reviewing, selecting, awarding, disbursing, balancing and reconciling of scholarships
  • Become proficient on the online scholarship software in order to assist applicants, as well as to maintain and update all reviewing, reporting and awarding processes
  • Serve as liaison for all scholarship questions from students, parents, schools and others
  • Work with faculty/staff/counselors/students/parents regarding scholarships
  • Prepare Scholarship reports as requested

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:

  • Alexandria, MN 56308: Relocate before starting work (Required)
