The purpose of this position is to provide advanced level support services  to participant in the Male Student Success Initiative.

Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Two (2) years of successful experience working with programs fostering persistence, coaching youth, volunteering in a community organization working with youth programs and/or working in a human relations position required. Demonstrated success working with males of color to help them to achieve academically preferred. Experience working with students providing coaching, advising, and/or academic support services preferred. Experience assisting new students transition into a college is preferred. Only day shift positions available.
