Class Description
The purpose of this class is to provide training, analysis, design and curriculum development, technical support, needs assessments, surveys, and administrative duties to support training and business process improvements within the college, related to IT initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Associate Degree required, degree in Instructional Technology, Information Technology or related field. Five (5) years experience in supporting technology, developing and delivering technology related training required. Experience performing needs assessments preferred. Must have a valid drivers license in good standing with violation points less than five (5).
