Class Description

The purpose of this class is to oversee all aspects of the accountingadministration for the Community College of Baltimore County,federal, state and local grants as well as assisting with general operations accounting.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; CPA or Masters degree preferred. A minimum of four (4) years of current professional accounting experienceis requiredKnowledge of accounting standards and principles as they relate to all areas assigned.  Experience in grant compliance and automated accounting system experience.

Class Specific Essential Duties

  1. Providing timelyand accurate financial information and advice to management and staff.
