Job Title: Systems Analyst
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, could a week or two where 4 days is required)

Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to mile.

Education Requirement

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Communicates with project lead and internal teams via email and direct conversation to overcome obstacles and resolve any problems.
  • Prioritizes troubleshooting issues, and consults with subject matter experts to troubleshoot complex production-related bugs.
  • Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status and discuss complex issues.
  • Prioritizes issues and consults with subject matter experts to resolve complex production-related bugs.
  • Actively manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for a single project.
  • Creates and reviews functional and/or system specifications that meet business user requirements, often for multiple large scale projects.
  • Leads collaboration with more junior and senior Systems Analysts and business partners to document and present recommendations for improvements to existing and new applications and systems.
  • Identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.
  • Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items, ensuring all guidelines are followed, delegating tasks to meet goals and objectives, and overseeing the completion of work assignments.
  • Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner.
