Full-Time Exempt

The Executive Director of People and Talent Management position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team.

In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic planning, champion operational excellence, and support personnel growth and development to ensure successful outcomes for our students. With a focus on aligning HR strategies with the College's mission, you will oversee talent management, employee relations, compliance, and more. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, Management, or closely related field is required.
  • A minimum of six years of progressive human resources management experience is required.
