Essential Function 
Provide clerical support to the Business Department including, but not limited to greeting visitors/students, data entry, answering phones, and filing.

Qualifications

High school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide Clerical and Administrative support to the assigned department including attending staff and advisory meetings along recording of minutes, answering phones, arranging meetings, sending e-mails, correspondence, filling and ordering supplies and materials for the department in accordance with College policies and procedures.

Special Instructions to Applicants

1. Rate of pay of $18.50 per hour; maximum 28 hours per week.
   2. Official transcripts required prior to employment (if applicable).
   3. Recommended hire will be subject to pre-employment screening.
   4. Hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, 9 months a year.
   5. Triton College is an AA/EOE.
