Job Description

Teach a combined undergraduate / graduate level biochemistry of micronutrients course during the Spring 2025 semester. This course expands upon students understanding of the role of nutrients in intermediary metabolism that they obtained in their macronutrient biochemistry course, and expands upon other physiological processes in human nutrition.

Masters degree in nutrition, biochemistry or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Doctoral degree in nutrition, biochemistry or related field
