Part-Time Student Support Specialist

Required Qualifications

Requires a technical diploma, Associate's degree preferred.
Three years of experience working in a post-secondary institution preferred.
Evidence of excellent communication and computer skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Possess organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with admissions and recruitment for the institution, including answering phone calls, assist with walk-ins, disseminating information regarding the programs available, assist with new student orientation for evening programs, and conduct tours of the College.
Assist students with the enrollment process including, but not limited to, enrollment application, completing FAFSA, and satisfying admissions and financial aid requirements.
Assist with registering new and continuing students.
Attend job fairs/career and other community events.
Assist with HESI registration, which includes all paperwork and payment of fees.
Administer HESI exam for Allied Health programs.
Assist team members when necessary to enable the success of the department.
Other duties as assigned by the Lead Student Services Coordinator, Vice Presidents, and President.
