General Statement of Duties:
The Blackfeet Native American Career & Technical Education Program (BNACTEP) Director at Blackfeet Community College (BFCC) is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of the BNACTEP grant. This position supports career readiness and technical education for Native American students, ensuring the program aligns with the cultural, educational, and economic needs of the Blackfeet Nation. The director ensures that program goals comply with the requirements of the BNACTEP grant, federal regulations, and BFCCs Mission, Vision, and Core Themes. Additionally, the director fosters a supportive and culturally relevant environment for student achievement, aligning all activities with BFCCs commitment to educational excellence, cultural preservation, and community empowerment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Career and Technical Education, Business, Social Work or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience required in educational program management, preferably in Native American or tribal community settings.
