Position Overview
This position will be based in San Diego, CA
ThisMarketing Analytics Internposition will support thePrecision Oncology marketing organization. In addition to the stated duties, this position will also be responsible for supporting thePO Commercial Analytics teamby applying advanced data analysis, multi-touch attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling to enhance campaign performance and provider engagement in oncology diagnostics
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Analyzecampaign performanceusing Python programming and statistical methods to evaluate engagement, conversion, and ROI KPIs.
- Develop and applymulti-touch attribution modelsto measure the impact of various marketing touchpoints on HCP engagement and test adoption.
- Support the creation of amarketing mix modelto assess the effectiveness of different marketing channels and recommend resource allocation strategies.
- Identify high-potential HCPs by using advanced segmentation models and refining targeting strategies based on order volume and geographic performance.
- Buildpredictive modelsusing Python to forecast future campaign success and inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developingTableau dashboardsto visualize key marketing metrics, multi-touch attribution results, and marketing mix insights for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and commercial analytics, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skillsto interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
- Display excellent communication skillsto convey data findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Incorporate strong attention to detailwhen working with datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Exercise the ability to work independently and in a team environment, showing initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

- Ability to use a telephone through a headset.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degreein a relevant field such as Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Degreeprogram, preferably in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or an MBA with a focus on marketing.
- Prior internship or project experiencein marketing analytics, data science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- SQL proficiencyfor querying and analyzing datasets.
- Python programmingskills, with experience in data analysis, modeling, and statistical techniques.
- Data visualizationexperience, preferably usingTableauor similar tools.
- Strong understanding ofstatistical analysisandpredictive modeling.
- Knowledge ofmulti-touch attributionandmarketing mix modeling(preferred).
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skillsto interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellentcommunication skillsto present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detailto ensure accuracy in data and reports.
- Ability towork independentlyand collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity withmarketing analyticsand performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, includingExcel(for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting),PowerPoint(for creating presentations),Word(for documentation),Outlook(for communication and calendar management), andSharePoint(for collaboration and document sharing).
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withTableauor other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity withmulti-touch attributionandmarketing mix modelingtechniques.
- Previousinternship or project experiencein marketing analytics, data science, or related fields.
- Knowledge ofadvanced statistical methodsandpredictive analyticsin marketing.
- Understanding ofSQLandPythonfor querying and building models.
- Healthcare marketing experienceor exposure to the oncology or diagnostics sector is a plus.
- Interest indata scienceand its application in marketing strategies.
Salary Range:
$37,000.00 - $59,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - CA - San Diego on a full-time basis.
