We are seeking an experienced, motived and solution-oriented professional to join our IT Operations team where you'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing our systems architecture. In this role, you'll take on a blend of technical, administrative, and systems-related tasks that directly impact our IT cloud infrastructure, security, and networking efforts in the Americas and Asia Pacific trading blocs.

This position is located in San Diego and offers the option of a hybrid work schedule.
- Responsible for the upkeep and reliable operation of computer systems and network infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, resources, and security to meet the needs of the business.
- Provides technical expertise to internal departments to resolve system and network issues of a routine nature, relying upon existing protocols, policies, etc.
- Responsible for overall project management, training, and compliance (regulatory, licensing, SOX, etc.) associated with and required for this position.
- Responsible for applying advanced cloud infrastructure and systems knowledge in training activities and projects, ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of our cloud and on prem environment.
- Maintains all necessary documentation and licenses in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for advising, coaching, and communicating IT policies and practices internally and externally, appropriate to the role.
- Maintains strong, positive working relationships with all parties involved in carrying out the assigned responsibilities.
- 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Azure, networks, file server administration, and infrastructure technical support.
- 3+ year professional experience plus completed academic education in related field.
- Completion of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Current technical certification(s) such as Azure Administrator, preferred
- Experience with customer service in a technical support environment.
- Experience working in a collaborative, diverse team environment.
