• Serves as a receptionist by receiving and welcoming prospective students, campus visitors, and guests upon arrival to the Enrollment Team Suite inside the Mendoza College of Business. Directs individuals to respective team members upon arrival, answers questions, and maintains a high level of customer service.
• Conducts prospective student outreach conducted through multiple channels including phone calls, email, text messaging, walk-in visits, and events.
• Engages with and acts as a resource for prospective students for all Mendoza Graduate Business Programs through educating candidates about the specific details programs, explaining the applications process, and assisting with answering questions for how the program fits with the individuals personal and professional goals.
• Uses and operates our customer relationship management system, Slate, to record interactions with prospective students, email candidates, sort data and consolidate information, all to provide outstanding service to candidates.
• Assists with recruitment functions as requested including but not limited to reading candidate applications, interviewing candidates, assisting with virtual and on-campus events, etc.
• Provides support to admissions staff by working on special projects as requested.
