The goal of advising at MCC is provide students with education and guidance according to need at every point along a clearly defined pathway from admission to graduation. Advising helps students stay on track, select courses, connect with free support on campus, identify career objectives, and prepare for graduation.

Bachelors Degree

Masters Degree in appropriate area of study preferred.

Letters of recommendation are optional to submit with your application; however, if you do not submit 2 letters of recommendation or have 2 responses received from the listed references, your application is not complete and will not be considered.

Meridian Community College has an open position for an advisor. The applicant needs to possess teamwork, interpersonal communications, confidentiality, and customer service skills. They would also need to be comfortable with the use of computers/technology; in addition to being able to work well with faculty, staff, students and community members.
