Position Title

Massage Therapy Program - Pathology Instructor

Position Description

Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a qualified, part-time, non-benefited Pathology Instructor to teach in the Massage Therapy Program in Springfield at the Springfield Medical District.

Instructors will be responsible for the following:

Provide quality instruction and classroom management.
Make recommendations to appropriate parties for updates/changes as needed to maintain currency of the class/program.
Maintain accurate records and submit records/data by due dates.
Develop syllabus, quizzes, exams, and other course materials.
Use online portal to access instructor resources.

Instructors pay will range $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience and education. While not guaranteed, the expected class schedule is to be October 20, 2025 – January 26, 2026 on Mondays & Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m

Position Requirements

Instructors must meet the following requirements:

Bachelors Degree with academic preparation in the course being taught.
Three years of working experience in an applied science setting.
Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Available in the evenings.
