Victoria College is hiring for a full-time, benefits eligible, nine-month tenure track Psychology Instructor starting August 2025. Teaching assignments include General Psychology, Lifespan Growth and Development and may also include Abnormal Psychology, Social Psychology, Biological Psychology, and Statistical Methods in Psychology. We are looking for engaging team players comfortable with traditional, interactive television, and online/hybrid assignments.  Class size is usually limited to 35 students.  The successful candidates will compassionately commit to rigor, retention, and successful completion through campus partnerships at the departmental, divisional, and institutional levels.  Committee work and other duties may be assigned by the department chair or dean.  Teaching assignment may include evening classes.

Starting earned monthly salary for the nine-month position is $5,346.11.  The earned annual salary is paid out over twelve months.
