Faculty in the University Transfer Division of Meridian Community College are integral representatives of the institution. Masters degree in appropriate area of study or masters degree with, at a minimum, 18 graduate credit hours in the appropriate discipline.

The applicant needs to possess teamwork, interpersonal communications, confidentiality, and customer service skills. They would also need to be comfortable with the use of computers/technology; in addition to being able to work well with faculty, staff, students and community members.
