Full-Time Teacher at the Mary Jo Oldham Center for Child Study

Description

Full-time teacher to execute an ongoing program (a comprehensive curriculum of group activities) that contributes to the care, growth and development of the children who are enrolled; Conduct, and organize the daily activities for children and staff assisting with the curriculum; Interpret the center and its goals to parents, college students, and community; Refer parent questions to appropriate resources; Comply with state licensing regulations and NAEYC Accreditation; Comply with Southeastern Illinois College regulations; Follow standards of child/parent confidentiality and privacy; Share information appropriately with other Southeastern Illinois College and MJOCCS staff members; Observe, record, and report significant individual and group behavior; Maintain and enforce personnel policies to make effective the purpose of the MJOCCS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Required.
