Math Instructor

East Central College has openings for adjunct (part-time) instructors in a variety of disciplines in the Math & Education department at our Main Campus in Union, our facilities in Rolla and online.

The Math & Education department includes courses in Math, Education, Early Childhood Education, Physical Education. The current openings include:

• Math

Minimum Qualifications for Academic Fields:

• Master's degree in related field and/or 18 graduate credit hours in discipline;
• Community college teaching experience preferred.

Rate per credit hour (pch):

Adjuncts are hired on a per semester basis and are eligible to teach a maximum of 18 credit hours per calendar year and only 9 credit hours per semester.

Adjuncts are paid per credit hour (pch) based on level of degree obtained.

• Bachelor - $600 (pch)
• Master - $620 (pch)
• Academic/Terminal or Professional - $630 (pch)
• Academic Doctoral - $640 (pch) or ECC Faculty Retiree - $640 (pch)
