Receptionist (Enrollment Management Division)

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a professional receptionist, reporting to office manager in the Office of Admissions. The receptionist provides primary phone coverage for the enrollment division and greets visitors, students, and staff in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Additional duties include assisting with correspondence and projects, data entry and filing, assisting with the scheduling of applicant interviews and campus visit appointments, sorting and distribution of mail, managing office supply inventory and general office duties. Must be available to attend on-campus recruitment events.

A generous sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications: High School diploma and a minimum of 5 years’ work history with progressively responsible assignments including a clear record of completing assignments with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. A working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs, good analytical and organizational skills are required. Must be able to deal with sensitive and confidential data and situations. The ideal candidate will display initiative, excellent time management skills, and the willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
