Head Start Director

A Great Leadership Opportunity! Head Start Director CCCC Head Start Spirit Lake Tribe Located in Fort Totten, North Dakota

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, or Early Childhood Education.
• Master's preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with a tribal Head Start program.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, and supervisory experience is essential.
  
  

Key Job Duties: 

Provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of the CCCC Head Start Program. Works in collaboration with CCCC President and CFO to assure compliance and meeting of program goals. Develops and implements communication strategies that meet the needs of the employees, the parents, and the community, including the use of website and social media.
