This full-time faculty position is a nine-month position, requiring a presence on campus with the faculty members primary efforts focused on teaching and learning, academic excellence and student success. Primary responsibilities include designing and implementing learning strategies for students taking Physical Education and Health courses. This position reports directly to the Division Chair of Math, Science, Business and Technology.

Successful candidates will possess:

Preferred Qualifications:

· Masters degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Physical Education

· Teaching experience

· Strong computer skills and commitment to the use of technology in instruction

Preferred Qualifications:

· Second teaching field (requires 18 graduate credit hours in a second field)

· Community College teaching experience

· Experience using a Learning Management System, such as Moodle, to deliver course content
