Job Summary
Complete administrative tasks and provide support services for the School of Health Sciences, Dean Health Sciences, faculty members, and students.
Essential Duties
Process inquires made to the School of Allied Health from via email, phone, or in person.
Track Sciquest orders, travel expenditures, invoices, room reservations,
Assist Allied Health faculty with reporting workload/time-sheets, copy/document requests, relaying student messages, submitting and compiling faculty office hours per semester.
Utilize, maintain, and update School of Allied databases to ensure regulatory compliance and proper information management.
Process and facilitate student program applications, arrange drug screening, assist with processing background checks, maintain class acceptance size and respective waiting lists, track enrollment, facilitate text book requests for courses, and submit course information for Banner entry.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
3 years of office administration or administrative assistant experience.
Ability to organize daily work procedures and perform duties under ones own initiative with supervisory guidance as needed.
Ability to adapt to change in regards to policy, procedure, or job processes.
