The Clinical Professor/Lecturer will be expected to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level depending on needs and qualifications. In addition to teaching the appointee will perform service duties in the Department of Management to assist curriculum development and student success in the College of Business.

 

Preferred candidates will have their PhD in management, strategic management, human resources, organizational behavior, or a related field. Preferred candidates will have HR experience and teaching experience.

The Department of Management is an interdisciplinary group researchers and scholarly practitioners. We support BBA, MBA, HCAD, MSHRM, EMBA and PhD programs with classes in general management, leadership, entrepreneurship, international management, human resource management and strategy. Our department is research active with recent publications in top-tier management outlets including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of Business Venturing.
