A Production Operator I assembles, fabricates and repairs FAA components by utilizing various hand tools and equipment and are responsible for overall work assignments under the supervision of the Cell Supervisor/Work Lead.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Work safely following all health, safety, and environmental rules and policies.

- Ability to understand instructions delivered via oral, written, or diagram form.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and effectively communicate in English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Computer knowledge- Microsoft Suit, specifically Excel.
- Tracking and scheduling components.
- Responsible for inventory checks
- Understand blueprints for LM2500 engine and subsequent models.
- Must be able to work independently, but also demonstrate an ability to work productively within the department team.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent work experience)
- 1 year in a production role preferred

Occasionally: Sit, lift, and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Regularly: Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Push or pull using material handling equipment up to 500 pounds.
Frequently: Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms. Use hands to type, handle, or feel. Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus adjustment. Initial and annual hearing and vision exams must be successfully passed.
