The Public Services Management & Organisation (PSMO) department is seeking to recruit an outstanding early career scholar to join us as Lecturer in Management & Organisation.

Candidates must hold a PhD in a relevant discipline (candidates pending results or very close to completion will be considered). The School places a premium on international levels of scholarship and research excellence, and you will be expected to play a role in the standing and development of PSMO in this regard. We also expect commitment to excellence in teaching, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

The successful candidate will complement our research interests and build capacity on School teaching programmes. In particular, the successful candidate will be able to teach in at least one of the following areas: ‘research methods (quantitative and/or qualitative), ‘technology & innovation, ‘technology policy & regulation, ‘AI & organisations, ‘digital government or ‘public management/administration. The post is open to an outstanding social science scholar, whether they are currently based in a business school or another relevant department.

This is a full time post (35 hours per week) and you will be offered an indefinite contract. Our core hours are 09:00 until 17:00, however we are open to flexibility within this, which can be discussed at the offer stage if you are successful.
