Position Summary
Spring 2025 internship providing a unique view of the operations of a major arts institutions Advancement Department, specifically focused on membership programs.
Rodgers internships are for current students at Williams College and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).
Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour
Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Oversee and maintain both Williams College and MCLA student membership programs.
- Act as the Clarks liaison with both Williams College and MCLA students, faculty, and staff.
- Develop and promote student-led programs on the Clark campus.
- Create promotional materials and communications to promote student and Clark-wide programs to students via social media, flyers, eblasts, and college messaging.
- Assist with a variety of duties in the Clarks Advancement office, such as data entry into the Clarks CRM and compiling membership materials.
- Opportunity to assist with and work at Advancement-related events, as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Training, and Skills
Applicants must be college students at Williams College or Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).
Work Experience
Entry level.
