What Youll Do:

As a trusted HR Partner, you will:

• Serve as the go-to human resources expert for faculty and staff, managing HR services for a large and dynamic division, department, or school.

• Facilitate recruitment for faculty and staff, ensuring we attract top talent to advance UABs mission.

• Advise department administrators on HR policies, providing expert guidance and solutions.

• Act as a liaison between your assigned department and the Office of Human Resources on academic and non-academic HR matters.

• Promote compliance with UABs HR policies while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Lead HR-related projects and potentially supervise administrative staff.
