Job Description
The Institute of Catholic Culture (ICC) Program Director is a practicing Catholic living in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church. This individual shares the vision and passion of the ICC for the restoration of authentic Catholic adult education.As an integral part of the Institute of Catholic Culture team, the ICC Program Director is a well-organized, self-motivated, disciplined individual who can support all aspects of the Institute's educational programs. The Program Director will possess the ability to think critically and creatively with attention to detail and have a high standard of integrity.
This full-time, salaried position will require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the execution of live online educational programs
Manage relationships with ICC professors - including scheduling, technical assistance, and contracts
Ensure programmatic excellence in content and execution
Lead webinars and pre-class discussions
Direct and manage staff involved in program-related projects
Support projects that increase social media engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, email campaigns)
Support development and fundraising campaigns
Assist Executive Director with curriculum development and strategic planning
Oversee member email marketing, other program promotion content, and external marketing opportunities
Oversee curriculum release, website content, Sunday Gospel Reflections, course registration, and course buildout
Oversee Magdala Apostolate development and management
Oversee and execute special events (Holy Land pilgrimage, Living Catholic retreat)
Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Preferred five years of experience in non-profit program administration, Catholic educational apostolate, or a related field
Familiarity with and commitment to ongoing adult formation in the Catholic liberal arts
Demonstrated experience managing teams, ability to supervise, train, and direct staff
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects
Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team and independently with varying levels of direction
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Preferred Knowledge of current options for audio and video equipment, online applications, and best practices for webinars
Preferred Knowledge of social media best practices and strategies
Preferred Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, InDesign)
Preferred Familiarity with latest Project Management Tools and web conferencing
