Home Forward is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. We are a small team of HR professionals supporting a diverse group of employees at Oregons largest provider of affordable housing. We are looking to hire an HR Coordinator that will focus on supporting all aspects of the Human Resources team with a focus on recruitment and HRIS. The right candidate will have experience in both of these areas as well as being comfortable with providing a variety of employee communications. Experience working in a Union environment is a plus. Education & Experience Guidelines

• Four years of providing support related to human resources functional areas, such as recruiting, benefits, HRIS. A related degree may substitute for partial work experience requirement.
• One year of human resources experience in a unionized environment preferred.
