1. Perform all tasks related to grounds maintenance such as pruning, weeding, planting, chemical applications, mowing and watering. 

2. Provide snow removal services. 

3. Assist in setup and take down of special events. 

4. Operate University equipment and vehicles in a safe manner during the performance of duties. 

5. Lead assigned student crews. 

A high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience – OR -  at least 4 years of groundskeeping experience

A valid drivers license with favorable record

Candidate must be service oriented

Ability to demonstrate reading and writing comprehension and competence

Snow plowing experience. 

More than one year of groundskeeping experience.
